Shipping policy
Standard orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-orders do not have guaranteed processing time or delivery date. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9045 Eton Ave, Suite B, Canoga Park, CA 91304. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-6pm on 7 days a week (excluding holidays. Please call us to schedule a pickup prior to arriving and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@oliezi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
“UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot obtain a street address and use a PO Box, the telephone number of the recipient must be on the label. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and is assessed an address correction surcharge.”
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@oliezi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note, we charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns based on the original sales price.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@oliezi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
